I have been reading blogs for the past 2 years, and made me keen to set up one.
Just to jot my thoughts etc, to discuss anything and everything. Still in the stage of fine tuning, going about through trial and error. Learn new things everyday. Wow the pace , could hardly catch up. The wonders of the internet, the good and the bad, how people manipulate to the best of their advantage. Blogs presents an outlet for me to express my inner thougts, eventhough I know that I dont get many visitors. Not meant to be , anyway. The current state of affairs in Malaysia right now has triggered an outpour of feelings of anger, frustrations and all sorts from amongst the rakyat, and as such blogs do play a very important role here, at this moment. The interaction between fellow visitors and blog owners, not to mention the heat!. This is the way to go! Alright.
I HAD first hand experience being in a political party, but I found out there were too much hypocrisy and back-stabbing. So I had to make my quick exit. I learnt that there were too many dead-woods, not willing to relinquish their post, maybe scared that when they leave their “position” , be it in branch or division, will make them a lesser person when they leave! Have been offered to be a voluntary with another political party, but I don’t think I’ll get involved anymore. Better be independent so that I am free to say anything that I feel.
Yes, our MPs, chosen by us. They must always be reminded that they are chosen by the rakyat and PAID by us, the rakyat. This they always forget.
Just as I don’t like other countries interfering in our internal affairs, it’s much the same as my blog. We can agree to disagree, but please , with no malice, harsh comments, Ok? Everyone has got to have an avenue to vent their frustrations, anger , happiness or whatever the mood of the day. If likewise, you feel like using vulgar or offensive language, go create your own blog, and shout as much as you want there. You feel better doing that in your own space.
